  Havnt been dissapointed with pizzas from here before however my latest experience was not good. I went in and ordered 2 pizzas in person i got a reciept from my payment that said $44.50, being a friday night i expected the wait time to be atleast 30 minutes, the staff there said it would be around a 40 minute wait. I went back to the car which was parked right out the front of the shop and waited for 45 minutes without hearing my order being called. When i went and asked the staff about my order she mentioned that the order had been LOST, without being offered any other options, not even a sorry, i asked to receive a refund. Expecting to see the amount i paid ($44.50) refunded I was only offered $44.00 when i asked about the 50 cents the staff said it was eftpos fees considering the circumstances i didnt want to give up my 50 cents and 45minutes for nothing so demanded a refund of $44.50. I finally got my refund and left probably not going to get pizzas from here for a while. Dissapointed.
